CONNECT & CONSULT
After an initial phone or video consultation, we meet onsite, refine the scope, and ensure expectations are communicated among all parties.
Site Analysis
We look at surveys, key viewpoints, elevations, natural features, native trees, natural water flows, and hundreds of data points to form a basis for our design work.
Consultant Coordination
We meet with outside consultants (architects, interior designers, engineers, AV etc.) to ensure that our design works seamlessly with their vision.
Design
Our team guides you from original concept sketches all the way through a fully developed design complete with renderings and detailed plans.
Documentation
Once everyone is elated with the overall look and feel of a design, we get to work in order to create details for bidding, construction and permitting.
Design Presentations
Throughout the process we arrange presentation meetings clients, consultants and stakeholders in order to keep communication open for everyone.
Budget Reviews
We work with partners and in-house teams to create budget estimates to ensure that everyone is on the same page at each stage in the design process.
Build Support
We work with clients to move the project into the next phase through our own in-house build services or through construction administration services.
